Single-screw rotor pump (helical rotor pump; single-screw pump; mono pump) is a rotor-type volume pump, it is relying on the screw and bush mesh in the suction chamber and discharge chamber volume changes to transport liquid. The utility model relates to a closed screw pump with internal meshing. The main working parts are a bushing (stator) with a double-head screw cavity and a single-head screw (rotor) meshing with the bushing (stator) in the stator cavity. When the input shaft is driven by universal joint to drive the rotor around the center of the stator for planetary rotation, the stator-rotor pair continuously meshes to form seal chambers, which move in constant axial motion with constant volume, the conveying medium is conveyed from the suction end to the pressing end via the stator-rotor pair. The medium in the suction chamber flows through the stator without being stirred or damaged.
